These terms govern use of certixa.ai and the Certixa platform, operated by Certixa Ltd, Level39, One Canada Square, London E14 5AB.
The service
Certixa provides software that helps organisations build and operate an information security management system, including AI-generated policy drafts, risk assessments, and evidence collection. Certixa is a software platform, not a certification body, law firm, or auditor: certification decisions are made by independent accredited bodies, and AI-generated content should be reviewed by your organisation before adoption.
Accounts and acceptable use
- Keep credentials secure; you are responsible for activity in your tenant.
- Only connect integrations you are authorised to connect.
- Do not misuse the service, attempt unauthorised access, or use it in breach of applicable law.
Subscriptions
Plans are billed monthly at the prices published on certixa.ai/pricing. Certification body audit fees are separate and paid directly to the body you choose. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
Intellectual property and data
The platform and branding are owned by Certixa Ltd or its licensors. Your tenant data is yours; we process it under the data processing agreement and our privacy policy.
Liability
The service is provided with reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Certixa is not liable for indirect losses, or for the outcome of any certification audit or regulatory process. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, with the exclusive jurisdiction of its courts. Questions: hello@certixa.ai.
